Picture your life as a retired senior. What does that picture look like? Do you hope to travel,  move closer to family or do you want to reside in a warmer climate? Whatever the goal, we seldom look to the latter part of these crucial years.

We are experienced healthcare providers who have a passion for working with the aging population (which is estimated to grow by 47% by 2050)!  In a nutshell, it comes down to two questions: Do I want to remain in my home, or move into an assisted living/retirement community?  With compassion and dignity, our goal is to honor the wishes of those choosing to remain at home, wherever that may be. 

Having managed the care of our own loved ones, we quickly learned that planning has been essential in providing the appropriate level of support in an ever changing environment.

Without planning, many of our aging clients tell us they ended up in different places than they had expected. Witnessing our planned outcomes, and the joy and satisfaction that most clients and their families will experience is why we do what we do…and LOVE IT!

We provide concierge services through Care Management Solutions, and are able to assist our clients in providing appropriate and timely care while remaining at home.  From in-home support services, to transportation to medical appointments or medication management, and so much more, we are able to navigate and advocate on behalf of our clients as the “Go To” point of contact. In doing so, family members can be just that…family and not the sole caregiver.
